TCO Assets LLC ("TCO Assets," "we," "us," or "our") provides a platform for real estate deal sourcing, property submissions, and investment network access. Our services include:

• Property submission and evaluation
• Network Access membership program
• Deal pipeline management tools
• Buyer criteria information and matching

3. Network Access Membership

The Network Access program is a paid subscription service at $149/month. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• TCO Assets reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' notice.
• Access is granted to one individual user and may not be shared or transferred.

4. Property Submissions

When submitting a property through our platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to submit the property information provided.
• All information submitted is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
• Submission of a property does not constitute a binding agreement or guarantee of purchase.
• TCO Assets reserves the right to decline any submission at its sole discretion.

5. Referral Fees

Referral fees for Network Access members are subject to a separate referral agreement. The payment of any referral fee is contingent upon the successful closing of a transaction, as determined solely by TCO Assets. No referral fee is earned or owed until a deal is fully closed and funded.

6. No Investment Advice

Nothing on this website or through our services constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. TCO Assets is a real estate investment company and not a registered investment advisor. You should consult with qualified professionals before making any investment decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of TCO Assets LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TCO Assets LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

9. Privacy

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services.

10. Termination

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Arkansas.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
